Across 655 past FDA approval decisions for the small/mid-cap drug developers we track (2006-10-20 to 2026-07-14), the stock's move over the following month has landed all over the map in BOTH directions: a median of +2.0%, with the middle 80% of outcomes between -18.1% and +22.3%, and about 21 in 100 moving 20% or more either way. Historically these events are violent in both directions. This is descriptive history of past decisions — never a prediction of the next outcome.
