TickerCove is a research and informational tool. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to transact in any security. The probabilities and historical tendencies shown describe how often broadly similar situations have resolved in the past; they are not forecasts of any individual stock's direction and are not guidance to act. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult a licensed financial professional before acting on any information.
No warranty; risk disclosure
The information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors from upstream providers. Historical frequencies and confidence intervals do not guarantee future outcomes; past patterns can and do break. Trading and investing carry the risk of loss, including the loss of the entire amount invested. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss arising from use of this site.
Data and sources
Forecasts are computed from point-in-time market data and a fixed, published methodology. Insider and congressional activity are shown as reported to public regulators and aggregators, dated to their public-disclosure dates. Every forecast is recorded immutably when issued and scored automatically at its horizon; the record shown is the live one, with no simulations or backtests blended in.
Privacy
The site requires no account and asks for no personal information to browse. It does not sell personal data. Standard server logs and privacy-respecting, aggregate usage metrics may be collected to operate and improve the service. If email or accounts are added later, this section will be updated before any such data is collected.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
TickerCove is free to use. If a paid plan is offered, it begins with a free trial and the card on file is only charged when that trial ends. You accept these terms explicitly at checkout before any payment method is taken.
You can cancel at any time by emailing support. Cancelling stops all future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no further invoices are issued.
If you are charged and contact us within 14 days of that charge, we will refund it in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of a period already used — ask, and we will look at it.
Deleting your data from the account page does not cancel a subscription or issue a refund; email support so a person handles the billing side.
Changes
These terms may change as the product develops and after review by counsel. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
